These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of SmarTTest, including our website, web application, and related services. By accessing or using SmarTTest, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you use SmarTTest on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

SmarTTest provides software for managing QA workflows, including projects, folders, test cases, test runs, related collaboration features, and integrations.

We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time. We may also suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or legal compliance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

You may not use SmarTTest to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, interfere with service operation, gain unauthorized access, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that create material security, legal, or operational risk.

Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the pricing and billing terms presented at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party billing providers such as Paddle.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and any related charges associated with your selected plan.

SmarTTest and its related software, branding, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to SmarTTest, and you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content for service operation.

SmarTTest is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific business requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to SmarTTest will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service, or if required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to fees owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date.

Your continued use of SmarTTest after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms.
